La Querelle des Bouffons at Handel House Museum

Ensemble-in-Residence Spirituoso is joined by a guest soprano to present the colourful battle between French and Italian styles of vocal composition, which in the 18th century produced gems of vocal and instrumental virtuosity. Works by Andre Campra will be performed to mark the 350th anniversary of his birth.
