Meet Michel Roux Jr at Selfridges

MEET MICHEL ROUX JR ONE OF THE WORLDS MOST RESPECTED CHEFS ON THURSDAY 2 JULY AT 6PM

Michel Roux Jr is a two star Michelin Guide French chef at the London restaurant, Le Gavroche. The son of fellow Michelin starred chef Albert Roux,  Michel took over from his father in 1991, it has been Michel's individual style that has helped to take Le Gavroche into a new era. The meals remain works of art but they are lighter, more modern versions of the classic French haute cuisine that Le Gavroche is famous for with subtle Mediterranean and Asian Flavours.

Roux has made various television appearances, including Gordon Ramsay's ITV1 produced Hell's Kitchen, and as an expert judge on BBC2's professional edition of Masterchef.
Michel is also a best selling author of five cookery books that combine his passion for the best food, wine and running.

Michel will be in store on Friday 2 July from 6pm signing copies of magazine 'Seasons' which he has guest edited. Food, glorious food. That is the raison d’être of this edition of Seasons magazine. He will also be signing his backlist of his books*
